Vanilla Bean Olive Oil Ice Cream

Ingredients: 

Zest from 1 Orange

¾ cup natural sugar

5 egg yolks

3 cups whole milk

1/3 cup Rallis Ice Pressed® Olive Oil

1 cup heavy cream

½ tsp Giddy Yo Ground Vanilla Bean

Beat the egg yolks & sugar in a large bowl until mixture turns a pale yellow. Continue beating while adding Rallis Olive Oil in a steady stream into the mixture. Beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until combined. Pour into an ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions.
