Our olive oil adds the perfect peppery bite to your favourite pesto recipe. We add pesto to our pasta, pizza, fish and / or grilled veggies. It takes seconds to make and can be frozen for future use. 

1 glove garlic, peeled

Large bunch of fresh basil

¼ bunch of fresh parsley

Handful of pine nuts

1/4 cup Rallis Ice Pressed® Olive Oil

Pinch of sea salt

1 freshly squeezed lemon


Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until desire consistency is achieved.
