Dandelion Greens - Horta


  • Bunch of fresh, thoroughly washed dandelion greens 
  • 1/3 cup of Rallis Ice Pressed® Olive Oil
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 3 cups of water


Place water into a pot and bring to a boil. Chop the dandelions into large pieces and place in the boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes. Drain. Place the cooked dandelions on a serving plate. Drizzle with Rallis Ice Pressed® Olive Oil, lemon juice and sprinkle the salt on top. Serve and Enjoy!
