4 ripe, fresh tomatoes (finely chopped or grated)
1-2 tablespoons of Rallis Olive Oil
Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
Grated cheese (optional)
1 bag of your favorite pasta
In a saucepan, add Rallis Olive Oil. Warm for about 1-2 minutes. Add tomatoes. Simmer for about 45 minutes or until sauce reduces. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
Cook pasta as per package directions.
Pour sauce over pasta and sprinkle with cheese (optional). And enjoy!
